Cancellation Policy
A 72 hour notice for permanent makeup & 48 hour notice for lashes is required in the event you need to cancel/reschedule or you will forfeit your booking fee of $100 (permanent makeup) $25 (Lash Extensions), this includes no-call/no-show. An upfront booking fee equal to half the cost of the service requested will be required in order to make a new appointment.
If a booking fee is refunded the credit card fee of 3.75% will be deducted the amount refunded. There are no exceptions to this policy.
If 2 appointments are missed/canceled/rescheduled, payment in full will be due in order to make an appointment.
This will serve as your deposit and is subject to the cancellation policy for the full amount.

Perfection (Touch-up) Policy
A perfection (touch-up) session is required for each new eyebrow, eyeliner, or lip client. Perfection (touch-up) appointments can be made no sooner than 8 weeks for eyebrows and 12 weeks for eyeliner & lips. Perfecting appointments can be made no later than 12 weeks for brows and 16 weeks for eyes or lips after your 1st session.
If your perfecting session isn’t done in the allotted time period, it is no longer an initial touchup appointment. Due to the added time and materials it takes to do the service you will be charged the price for a 4 mo -1 1/2 year touchup.

Lash Extension Policy
If you have previous lash extensions from another artist, please let me know prior to your appointment.
I will require photos of the lashes in order to get a good understanding of the condition of the lashes.
If you are my client and have lost more than half your extensions it will be considered a full set and you will be charged accordingly.
If you arrive and have any contraindications whether you are a new client or an existing client, the service cannot be performed and your deposit will be forfeited.

No Guests Please:
At BeYOUtiful Ink we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.
There are no exceptions to this policy. Please do not allow hubbys, wives, friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, children, grandchildren and/or pets to accompany you into the studio.
If you have a driver, or bring any of the above mentioned persons with you there are several restaurants and bars in or around the area if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.
*If this policy is broken you will be turned away and a cancellation fee will be charged*
Booking Fee/Cancellation Fee
A booking fee in the amount of $100 is required to book any Brow, Eyeliner, or Lip service and will be applied to your initial appointment provided you do not cancel. It is your responsibility to schedule your perfecting (touchup) session within the allotted time frame (8-12 weeks for brows, 12-16 weeks for eyes/lips), if you do not there will be an additional charge.
A $25 booking fee is required for all Lash services. If you do not show up or cancel less than 48 business hours prior to your appointment you forfeit your $100 booking fee for permanent makeup services and $25 booking fee for lash services. This fee will be used as a guarantee for your appointment.
Should you fail to show up for your appointment, arrive more than 10 minutes late, or cancel/reschedule without a 72 hour notice for permanent makeup, the booking fee will be forfeited. Due to the limited availability of my schedule your perfecting (touchup) session cannot be rescheduled without an additional deposit being made.

Rescheduling/Late Policy
To avoid unfair delays to all clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and you will forfeit your booking fee of $100 (permanent makeup) $25 (Lash Extensions) which is non refundable and does not get applied to any service. In addition to book another appointment a booking fee of half the cost of the service will be required to schedule a new appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please understand last minute changes affect not only your technician, but also the ability to fill that time slot. It also affects and inconveniences other clients.
If you must reschedule an appointment, a 72 hour notice for permanent makeup & 48 hours notice is required in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Previous Tattoo Policy
If you have a previous tattoo, please let me know prior to your appointment. I may ask you to send me pictures of your brows, eyeliner or lips. There is a possibility that you are not a candidate for microblading and another style will be recommended. It is also a possibility that you may need some form of correction prior to having a new service. This is a separate fee and appointment.
If you come to your appointment without notifying me of previous tattoo and you are not a candidate for one of my services your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $250 which is non refundable and does not get applied to any future appointments you schedule.
