Cancellation Policy
A 72-hour notice is required for permanent makeup, while a 48-hour notice is needed for lash extensions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit your booking fee of $50 (permanent makeup) or $25 (lash extensions), which includes no-call/no-show. To make a new appointment, an upfront booking fee equal to half the cost of the requested service will be required.
If a booking fee is refunded, a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. This policy applies to all bookings.
If two appointments are missed, canceled, or rescheduled, payment in full will be due to make a new appointment.
This deposit serves as a non-refundable payment and is subject to the cancellation policy for the full amount.

Perfection (Touch-up) Policy
A touch-up session is mandatory for each new eyebrow, eyeliner, or lip client. Touch-up appointments can be scheduled no earlier than 8 weeks for eyebrows and 12 weeks for eyeliner and lips. Perfecting appointments can be scheduled no later than 12 weeks for brows and 16 weeks for eyes or lips after your first session.
If your perfecting session is not completed within the specified timeframe, it will no longer be considered an initial touch-up appointment. Due to the additional time and materials required, you will be charged the price for a 4-month to 1.5-year touch-up.

Lash Extension Policy
If you’ve had lash extensions from another artist, please inform me before your appointment. We’ll need photos of your lashes to assess their condition.
If you’re a returning client and have lost more than half your extensions, it’ll be treated as a full set, and you’ll be charged accordingly.
If you arrive with any contraindications, whether you’re a new or existing client, the service won’t be performed, and your deposit will be forfeited.

No Guests Please:
At BeYOUtiful Ink, we kindly request that you arrive alone for your appointment. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all guests. Please refrain from bringing your husband, wife, friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, children, grandchildren, or pets into the studio.
If you have a driver or wish to bring any of the aforementioned individuals with you, there are several restaurants and bars in or around the area where your guests can wait nearby while you complete your appointment.
Please note that if this policy is violated, you will be turned away and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Previous Tattoo Policy
If you have had cosmetic tattoos in the past, please inform me before your appointment. I might ask you to send me pictures of your brows, eyeliner, or lips. It’s possible that microblading isn’t the right choice for you, and I’ll recommend another style. Additionally, you may need some form of correction before the new service. This is a separate fee and appointment.
If you come to your appointment without telling me about your previous tattoos and you’re not a candidate for one of my services, your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll be charged a cancellation fee of $250. This fee is non-refundable and doesn’t apply to any future appointments you schedule.

Booking Fee/Cancellation Fee
**CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP/COSMETIC TATTOO SERVICES**
Thank you for choosing us for your PMU/Cosmetic Tattoo Services. Please note the following:
– We have a 72-hour, (3 business day) cancellation policy to ensure we can accommodate all our clients’ needs. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
– A card is required to book an appointment.
– If you are a no-call, no-show, or cancel your appointment less than 72 hours, (3 business days) in advance, your card on file will be charged the full service price.
– A deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted immediately upon booking.
– The remaining balance can only be paid in CASH or CARD at your scheduled appointment.
– If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us anytime during business hours (72 business hours before your scheduled appointment). Appointments canceled within 72 business hours (3 business days) cannot be rescheduled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, BeYOUtiful Ink reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will not be refunded.
**CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EYELASH/AESTHETIC SERVICES**
Thank you for choosing us for your aesthetic services.
– We have a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure we can accommodate all our patients’ needs. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
– A card is required to book an appointment.
– A deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted immediately upon booking.
– The remaining balance can only be paid in CASH or CARD at your scheduled appointment.
– If you’re a no-call, no-show, or cancel less than 48 hours, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
– You won’t be able to reserve a new appointment until the fee is paid.
– If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us anytime during business hours (48 hours before your scheduled appointment). Appointments canceled within 48 hours (2 business days) cannot be rescheduled, and your deposit won’t be refunded.
We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, BeYOUtiful Ink reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit won’t be refunded.
Rescheduling/Late Policy
To ensure fair treatment for all clients, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, you’ll be required to reschedule. Unfortunately, you’ll also forfeit your booking fee, which is non-refundable and doesn’t apply to any other service. Additionally, you’ll need to book another appointment and pay a booking fee equal to half the cost of the original service.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please be aware that last-minute changes affect not only your technician but also the ability to fill that time slot. They also inconvenience other clients.
If you must reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for permanent makeup and 48 hours’ notice for lash extensions to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
