Who is Kelly?
Hello! My name is Kelly Yetzer the owner and aesthetic specialist of BeYOUtiful Ink. For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about skin care, makeup and beauty enhancements in general! And now I love to help women look and feel beautiful by designing individually customized permanent makeup and eyelash extensions to enhance their beauty!
Why did Kelly become a PMU Artist?
In the past, I have worked as a server/bartender, CNA, an accounting/tax professional, a jailor, a taxi driver, I am military veteran and prior to PMU I was a property management professional for 14 years. As a busy professional, who didn’t have a lot of time, I found that I spent a significant amount of time every morning applying makeup and penciling in my eyebrows…
…Then I found microblading and I was hooked. Just the thought of it literally cutting 15 minutes out of my daily makeup routine was an Ah-ha moment for me.
In addition to being fed up with jobs I didn’t enjoy I was seeking a lifestyle change that could give me both the gratification of doing something I love and a schedule I could control. I asked myself one simple question, “How can I combine my vast work experience with my love of aesthetics?” I found a solution in the world of Permanent Makeup! Therefore, I made the decision to pursue my passion in a way that would not only help women save time and money but also improve their self-image through the art of permanent makeup!
How do the old & the new work together?
Therefore, by combining my business skills with my love of all things beauty, I set out to provide a professional yet uniquely personalized approach to enhancing the natural beauty of my clients. I will spend time learning about your lifestyle, what your goal with permanent makeup is and then design the best brow, eyeliner or lip style to both highlight and enhance your facial features. We will work together throughout the design process so that the end result is your ideal look and you leave feeling like you’ve had one of the best experiences of your life!
My philosophy is simple, the design and work I do should enhance, highlight and bring out your natural beauty. It should become a part of your beauty, not be the focal point of it. When you leave my studio and for the years that follow I want people to say things to you like…. Wow you have beautiful eyes!! I wish I had full brows like you do!!! How do you get your lipstick to stay on all day?
What does Kelly do in her free time?
When I am not with clients or learning new techniques – I like to spend time with the love of my life, Nick, family, friends and our rescue kitty Coco, as well as Cubby the kitten! I also enjoy a variety of other activities such as knitting, crocheting, camping, cooking, fishing, gardening, hunting, and traveling. I am also passionate and determined to learn the paramedical side of what I do so that I can help women and men alike, who have had breast reconstruction after having a mastectomy or lumpectomy, to regain the self-esteem and confidence in their appearance again!
