Kelly does Awesome work! I started with eyelash extensions, they were WOW!
then decided on brows, mine were so light it didn’t look like I had any. Couldn’t believe the difference they made. I couldn’t stop there. Now I had eyeliner tattoo top and bottom done. Love it!
Thinking about maybe some lip color next. Kelly is a perfectionist, and it shows. Her work is incredible! A true skin artist!
